These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FocusedFeed, operated by Joallt (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using FocusedFeed, you agree to these Terms.
FocusedFeed is a tool that helps you organize your YouTube subscriptions into categories and generates AI-powered newsletter summaries of recent video content. The service is available as a web application, Chrome browser extension, and iOS app.
You must sign in with a Google account to use FocusedFeed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You grant us permission to access your YouTube subscription data (read-only) as described in our Privacy Policy.

FocusedFeed uses the YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You may revoke FocusedFeed’s access to your YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings.
Newsletter summaries are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude) and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations of the original video content. AI-generated content is provided “as is” for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated summary.
YouTube video content belongs to its respective creators. AI-generated summaries are derivative works created for your personal use. The FocusedFeed service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Joallt.
FocusedFeed is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. YouTube API quota limits may temporarily affect service functionality.
You may stop using FocusedFeed at any time and request account deletion. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FocusedFeed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
